Been here 3 times already. Beautiful space and different levels of cold plunge. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Plenty of space and never crowded, herbal teas and water that feel like heaven after the sauna and cold plunge! The sauna is nice and perfectly hot! The seasonal depression just leaves my body every time I come here!

We went to the lovely Revive Wellness last night for the first time and had a fantastic experience. Firstly we were met by the lovely Jade who had shown us around the immaculate clean facilities. There are 5 plunge baths set to different temperatures which is great so people have options. The sauna was a great temperature and size, I think it comfortably had 9 of us in there with some people lying down and plenty of room for more. Warm and cold tea for whatever your persuasion! Lots of towels too. Definitely recommending to friends and we’ll be back for sure! Plus if you’re in there in the morning there’s a little cafe to grab a coffee and what not!

I had one of the most meaningful experiences this morning. We danced in high park then had saunas and cold plunges great talks and tea . It was wonderful. The place is quiet and clean. The facilitators are super sweet and knowledgeable. I love that they offer 5 different cold plunges temperatures so you can choose according to your desire in general, men and women but also where you’re at on your menstrual cycles as a woman. It’s super important to follow those phases and they are the best place to give you this support.

My experience at REVIVE exceeded my expectations! The sauna's airflow was perfectly designed for relaxation, offering a comfortable environment free from the stuffiness often found in other saunas. The range of temperatures in the plunge tubs is particularly beneficial for beginners who may find the cold challenging. Additionally, the guided breathing session provided enhanced my comfort during the plunge. It is evident that REVIVE is deeply committed to ensuring a positive experience and prioritizing the well-being of its guests. Lastly, I highly recommend their signature herbal tea blend—it is so good, and I look forward to purchasing it on my next visit!

Came here yesterday as part of group event and had an amazing time. The owner was very informative and took his time to explain how it affects the body and the science behind it, how to transition safely between the cold plunge and the sauna and was approachable and supportive through the entire process with the group. He helped the group with breath work to prepare for the cold plunge, and made everyone feel welcome. It was my first time trying to cold plunge and it was a great experience and I left feeling awakened and like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Would recommend this space to anyone looking to try a cold plunge and experience the contrast therapy in doing both the cold plunge and then the sauna. They also have a cafe area where you can buy a cup of their own in house blend of teas, formulated for different purposes (restoration, energy, etc), as well as coffee.

I had the most incredible experience at Revive Wellness Club today! From the joy of ecstatic dance in high park to the rejuvenating sauna and the refreshing cold plunge, every moment felt like a gift to both body and soul. I can’t recommend Revive Wellness Club enough! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and inviting. The sauna experience exceeded my expectations – temperature was perfect, it was relaxing and comfortable, clean and thoughtfully laid out. But the real magic happens when you take the plunge into the cold pool! It’s an exhilarating, refreshing experience that leaves you feeling completely recharged. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the full experience. There are a lot of thoughtful touches they've added (and delicious tea). It was such a peaceful, and rejuvenating experience and is the ultimate addition to the neighbourhood. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!

What a great experience and break in the day. The entire team at revive was amazing right from the time we walked in. I have been fortunate to find out about contrast therapy 15 years ago. I can say they truly know their stuff. The details on constructing the sauna, like ventilation and temperature ensure the best experience. I find this rare in public spaces across North America. Certainly excited to have them so close. The experience and the people are first class! Looking forward to the next one.
