Richard is a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in strength and conditioning and biomechanics research at the University of Toronto, bringing a science-driven approach to movement, recovery, and long-term physical health. Since 2022, his clinical focus has been on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance longevity.
Richard integrates evidence-based massage therapy with personalized movement and mobility assessments to deliver highly targeted care. His areas of specialization include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, complemented by techniques such as fascial stretch therapy, active release techniques, and cupping.
