RB

Richard Bell

Richard is a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in strength and conditioning and biomechanics research at the University of Toronto, bringing a science-driven approach to movement, recovery, and long-term physical health. Since 2022, his clinical focus has been on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance longevity.

Richard integrates evidence-based massage therapy with personalized movement and mobility assessments to deliver highly targeted care. His areas of specialization include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, complemented by techniques such as fascial stretch therapy, active release techniques, and cupping.

With a calm, client-centered approach, Richard works with individuals managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, improving mobility, or looking to support athletic performance and resilience. Each session is tailored to how your body moves, recovers, and adapts—supporting sustainable results that extend beyond the treatment room.

Billy

Billy Wiegand (RMT)

Billy's approach is grounded in experience. After dealing with a disc injury in his early twenties, he developed a focus on helping people reduce pain, move better, and build long-term resilience.

His treatments combine targeted hands-on therapy with simple, practical strategies you can use outside the clinic. The goal is not just relief in the room, but giving you the tools to stay out of pain and move with confidence day to day.

Billy focuses on key areas that influence posture, breathing, and stress, including the hips, low back, mid-back, neck, and jaw. His work is centred on improving mobility and stability so your body works as a connected system, not isolated parts.

You can expect a treatment that is direct, effective, and educational, with a clear focus on helping you understand your body and maintain results between sessions.
