Most people approach cold water with the wrong question.
"How cold can I go?"
Somewhere along the way, cold water therapy became a competition. Social media is full of people enduring freezing temperatures, setting timers and proving how much discomfort they can tolerate.
That's not what we're doing here.
At Revive, we believe the better question is:
"At what temperature can I remain calm?"
The real value of cold water therapy isn't found in suffering. It's found in learning how to control your breathing, settle your nervous system and stay present when your body encounters stress.
That's why we maintain five cold plunge tubs ranging from approximately 4°C to 15°C.
Because not everybody is the same.
Some people are stepping into cold water for the very first time. Others have years of experience with contrast therapy. Some arrive after a hard workout. Others arrive after a hard day.
Recovery should adapt to you, not the other way around.
Our guests are encouraged to start where they are. There is no expectation that you use the coldest tub. In fact, many people discover that a slightly warmer temperature allows them to find calm, breathe and experience the benefits of cold water more effectively than simply forcing themselves into colder temperatures.
The goal is not to win.
The goal is to leave feeling better than when you arrived. Our guests report feeling refreshed, energized and mentally clear after incorporating cold water therapy into their routine. Others find it helps them unwind, recover from physical activity or simply create a moment of intentional pause in an otherwise busy day.
Combined with our Finnish sauna, cold water therapy becomes part of a powerful contrast experience that encourages both physical recovery and mental reset.
Whether it's your first plunge or your hundredth, you'll find a temperature that meets you where you are.
Because at Revive, we don't measure success by how much cold you can endure.
We measure it by how much calm you can create.
